District
Gedelme is the district of Kuzdere – Kemer County. In ancient times these stony, terrace like lands were called as Gedel, moreover the name Gedelma has derived from the mixture of the former features of the district and the fact that there were so many trained personnel in this district. Although the name of the district is Gedelma, it is used in documents and official institutions as Gedelme for unknown reasons. The district is located in the skirts of Tahtalı and could be seen from the top of spectacular Tahtalı. At the back of the land of 14.000 m belonged to Berke Insaat is pine forest, in the front is the top of Tahtalı and its skirts.

Land

Total construction site of 14.000 m, having 700 m of mountain and forest view, having no building in the surrounding.

Transportation

Has 1, 5 hour distance to Antalya airport, 30 minutes to Kemer, and 30 minutes to sea. Road is asphalt, the secondary road (in which rally is organized)is unpaved road.

Project
In the envisaged and prepared project there will be 2 farm houses, each of which consist of 350 m and have pool, garden, eco-agriculture section, horse stables, staff dwellings, garden camellias, car park and riding manege.

Each villa consists of 350 m. Total area is 14.000 m.

There are 3 bed rooms, each bed room has bath, the master one has fireplace, bath and also study part.

There are entry section, Stairs, Coat hanger, Entrance Toilet, Corridor, living room, saloon fireplace, kitchen, dining room, mechanical working room,laundry room and garage.

The number of baths
There are 3 baths, two of them have basin, closet and batteries, and the other has Jacuzzi and shower.

Pool
Separate pools consisting of 64 m in both houses.
